We take the utmost care in ensuring diligence and care with our client drones to reduce the risk of such occurrence. Our technical centre has an all asset risk insurance cover. If your drone gets damaged or stolen whilst in our possession, we take responsibility for it. We will repair it (if damaged) or replace it (if stolen) with the same model, considering the market value of the drone at the time of the issue.
Drone maintenance needs vary depending on the drone model and intensity of use. In general, the earlier of the six-month interval or 100 hours of flight time.
No, the rental price does not include insurance. You will need to provide your valid insurance policy that covers hired goods and specifies drones
